Terms and Conditions o Due to the complexities of maintaining an extremely limited allocation system, we require that you maintain your club status for a minimum of a one year allocation cycle. If membership is canceled before this, there will be a $250 assessment. o For members who opt to pick-up club releases at the winery, wine may be held for up to 60 days. After 60 days the wine will be shipped at members expense. o An adult over the age of 21 is required to sign for the wines upon delivery and/or pick up wine club releases at the winery. o Member benefits are not transferable to non-members. o Any changes in contact information, shipping address, or payment information should be conveyed immediately to the winery to avoid delays in shipping and/or additional shipping charges for returned shipments.
